- On each call, we dive in together, map out a plan, take action and build momentum.

FAQs
Q: When does my year start?
A: It starts from the day you pay for your Alchemy Sessions and ends 365 days after.
Q: Is it really unlimited calls?
A: Yes! You can book an unlimited number of 30-minute calls during the year. You must schedule them 48 hours in advance.
Q: How soon can I schedule my Kick-off session?
A: The earliest time is 48 hours from the day you sign up.
Q: What happens during a regular 30-minute session?
A: You’ll bring the agenda. We’ll break down the challenge or situation, strategize on solutions, and create your action plan which we’ll start during the session.
Q: How will you support me between sessions?
A: Everything happens during the session. You’ll leave each session with a clear action plan and momentum from actions we completed during the session.
Q: How will I know if it’s the right fit? What if it’s not?
A: I have a 15-minute intro call. Otherwise, you have 30 calendar days from the date you sign up to cancel and request a full refund.
Q: How are you able to offer the Alchemy Sessions without burning out?
A: I’ve been offering advisory services for over 10 years. This model works because more than anything, people value their time. When they schedule a call, it’s because they want to get things done.
Why me?
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked in a diverse collection of industries. The people and projects expanded my knowledge and experience with human behaviors and cultures. A foundation for me to notice connections and synergies others might miss.
Transactional is not my preferred approach. I prefer to help people over time to learn the nuances of their unique lived experiences.

- Published a report on Founder Mental Wealth to support my founder peers after reading one too many reports and stories about their mental health challenges
- Co-led the expansion of eco-conscious footwear brand into multiple regions of major US grocery store
- Facilitated major diverse deals from partnerships with university to $1M contracts with a F1000 corporation
- Designed a mental wealth framework to support corporate ERG team members in Australia, the UK and USA to increase their sense of agency, confidence, clarity during the pandemic
- Crafted strategy to help a global crypto organization’s public goods working group be more accessible and impactful for non-technical people
- Designed a framework to help small business owners to craft their company culture to retain employees and grow sales
