About Anthony

I’m Anthony Ware, a Mental Wealth Strategist and Principal at AWare Catalysts, where I dedicate my work to helping underestimated entrepreneurs build the mental wealth they need to thrive. As the lead researcher, author, and publisher of the Founder Mental Wealth Report, I’ve spent years diving deep into the mental health practices of founders who are often overlooked by traditional business narratives.

Over the past decade, I’ve launched five companies across various industries—from logistics to information security—each venture teaching me valuable lessons in resilience, empathy, and the power of mental wealth. My journey hasn’t been without its challenges. In 2010, after my third startup failed spectacularly, I found myself living in a car in New Orleans, grappling with the harsh realities of entrepreneurship. It was a turning point that fueled my mission to ensure others don’t face the same struggles alone.

I’ve shared my insights on mental wealth as a speaker, moderator, and panelist for audiences in Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. My diverse life experiences have cultivated a deep level of empathy and grace, which I bring to every interaction—whether I’m coaching a founder or professional through a rough patch or helping a team redefine their company culture.

When I’m not working to help people create generational mental wealth, you can find me on the move—literally. I’ve traveled to seven countries, completed four marathons, and finished three half-marathons. These experiences, along with a healthy dose of humor and humility, shape the way I connect with others and inspire them to trust themselves, make better decisions, and build lasting legacies.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help underestimated entrepreneurs and professionals trust themselves, build their mental wealth, and make better decisions for their lives and businesses.
